LONDON (Reuters) - Kate, Britain's Duchess of Cambridge, met the midwife who helped deliver her daughter when the heavily pregnant royal visited London's Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) on Tuesday to become the charity's patron.
