Brazil declares top Venezuelan diplomat persona non-grata

SAO PAULO (Reuters) - Brazil's government will declare Venezuela's chargé d'affaires persona non-grata, stripping him of his diplomatic status, Brazil's foreign affairs ministry told Reuters on Tuesday.
